Hela Black Metal rising!!!
If you are wondering what on Earth Hela Black Metal is,let me remind you that I am from Sri Lanaka and in my language Hela or Sinhala literally means “Lions Blood”.
This band that I am going to talk about,are scultpting their own musical extravaganza inspired by Sri Lankan history on top of a solid foundation laid by the first wave of Black Metal bands like Celtic Frost and Second Wave Black Metal bands like Immortal and Emporer.
They are called Funeral in Heaven and they make music that is purely gloomy,dark and straight forward both musically and lyrically,and I’ll tell you this;“They don’t compromise!”They do what they do best and you better like it.
