I was reading my usual list of metal blogs this morning and was stunned by what blabbermouth.net had in their blog.Before you click on the link or anything believe me the title is for real!

I know some people have issues with modern metal genres like metal-core and stuff.To keep it frank “I don’t”.But if someone is brave idiotic enough to say anything like Old School Metal is crap or something I’d be only too pleased to have the liberty to drop kick them.Old is Gold folks.That’s why I simply love some new acts like Warbringer who have a lot of potential and use Old School-esque music to show it off.Speaking to blabbermouth.net Marc Grewe (ex-MORGOTH) described the sounds of a new project-which features members from Morgoth,Dimmu Borgir,Napalm Death and Old Man’s Child-as “very very old school”.He also added that “it is the best stuff I have recorded since ‘Cursed’(1991,Morgoth)“

Ok,ok,I know you want to drop kick for dragging this for too long without revealing anything.Well,see….this sounds too good to pass away without relishing the “ideology” of it,eh?

Anyway the band is called Insidous(Formerly Insidious Disease)and it features Marc “Groo” Grewe (ex-MORGOTH) on Vocals,Jon Øyvind Andersen(a.k.a. Jardar) (OLD MAN’S CHILD) and Sven Atle Kopperud(a.k.a. Silenoz) (DIMMU BORGIR) on Guitars,Shane Embury (NAPALM DEATH) on Bass and Tony Laureano(DIMMU BORGIR, ex-NILE, ANGELCORPSE) as the skinsman.Now is that “f”in’ good or what?And what the “f” took me so long to get to know about this?

Insidious is said to be somewhere in Norway recording with producer Terje Andersen (a.k.a. Cyrus) of SUSPERIA.I am so waiting for this thing to come out friends!I mean don’t you feel it already?
